The Roadblock
I was asked to design a full website for merchants to access and use our banking services. At first, the domain was completely new to me and felt unclear. But by working closely with a sharp business team, I was able to understand the goals and move forward with confidence.

How it paid off
I worked with the team to break down the requirements, structure the content, and build a clear experience that works for users. The project was completed in less than a year, and it was one of the most rewarding experiences I’ve had — both in learning something new and shipping a full product.
