The old design was messy and difficult to use; it didn’t speak to the real users. The target audience included pharmacies and suppliers, and I focused on simplifying the entire interaction model. I owned the UX direction and led the design end-to-end. The business team was aligned and highly collaborative, which accelerated progress.
