We redesigned several flows to reflect the new brand while improving the experience. Users spanned across all demographics and levels of digital familiarity. As a product designer, I was responsible for multiple high-impact user journeys. My focus was clarity, speed, and earning user trust through consistent UI behavior

User satisfaction jumped by 15% post-launch (from 70 to 85%).  

I grew as a collaborator, learning how to contribute to a massive, cross-functional team.

Refined my workflow using tools like Jira to tie design to delivery.

This was a shift from solo design to true ownership within a collaborative engine
